Color-blocking plays a very important role in this season, many fashionistas try styles of putting bold opposites colors together for the widest contrast possible.
Primary colors on the color wheel are red, blue and yellow; secondary colors are purple, green(yellow/blue), and orange(red/yellow); the only other extreme color block combination is black/white. For a petite person or one that is not necessarily slim, color blocking can cute you horizontally, making you one look wider and larger than you'd probably like.
